Changes and Cancellations

Winterfest reserves the right to modify or cancel experiences, performances, or activities at our discretion — particularly for the health and safety of Winterfest guests and staff members. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge that your chosen Winterfest experience could be altered without notice and that all ticket sales are final.

Inclement Weather

Tours and activities will go on rain or shine. In the unlikely event Winterfest cancels any performance we will notify you as soon as possible.

Refunds and Moving Tickets

Winterfest is a non-profit organization and a ticket purchase is a donation to the organization. There are no refunds and tickets have no cash value. All purchases are final. You can move your reservations to another date or time by paying a fee of $10 per ticket plus any difference in the ticket price for the new date.

A request to change a reservation must be made with at least 36 hours notice before your scheduled tour.

There is a $20 charge for moving photography sessions with Santa and the Grinch.

Admission at our Discretion

A ticket is a revocable license. Admission can be refused at our discretion for disorderly conduct. We will refuse entry to those carrying alcohol and/or noise and chemical irritants.

Unlawful Resale

We can guarantee the authenticity of those tickets purchased directly on our site at www.pensacolawinterfest.org. Winterfest tickets are for personal use only. Advertising of our tickets in sweepstakes or promotions is not allowed without our written pre-authorization.

If you would like to include Winterfest tickets in a raffle, fundraiser, or promotion for your organization please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Photography

You are welcome to share and re-use your photos taken by our professional photographers however you like. Download the grant of license letter to show to the printer if required. When you pay for a photo sitting, we will provide you with high resolution digital files compatible with most printers and photo sales outlets.

We sometimes post photos on our website or Facebook feeds — if you would like your photos excluded, please let us know.

Publication

Information that you submit to surveys, contests, comments, reviews, or any other public posting may be viewable by anyone. Please do not submit any information you do not wish to have published. Submissions are reviewed by our volunteers and may be edited before inclusion.
